Sometime
in February of 2008, "Quinntalkin" will have completed their third year together, undoubtedly on a
stage somewhere on a Friday night. We should cut the guys a little slack if
they cannot remember the exact date, given the year they just turned in.
After playing "more shows
than we ever imagined we would" in 2007 according to Tod Clark, "Quinntalkin"
enters year three on a roll, with a growing fan base and a tighter, tougher sound.
An
upgraded sound and light system combined with three year's of invaluable
experience working together on stage helps the guys get their point across
bigger and better than ever.
The only thing that has not
changed is the "music without prejudice" attitude that has been
Quinntalkin's guiding principle since day one. You will still hear
everything from "Merle to Metallica" and most likely on any given night, the
guys will throw down on something you have never heard them play before,
regardless of how many shows you've seen. And after the whirlwind years past,
that's a lot of shows.
Here's a few comments from
fans we know and love:
"Why these guys are here
instead of Nashville is beyond me" -
James from Prairie Grove
"Unbelievable vocals and
energy...my favorite band in NWA" - Cassie from Springdale
"I love the lights and
sound...the energy on stage is great" - Grace from Rogers
"Fabulous show...well worth
the money" - Beau from Gentry
"I was Dj'ing at a club
they were playing when I lived in NWA and they blew my mind...they kept the crowd laughing with
their wit...their ability to traverse different genres is rare" - Ann from
Canada
